This was my second release for Palmetto and we followed pretty much the same plan as on “Million To One.” In addition to the same core group of musicians I hired Mark Walker to play percussion (7 A.M. & Lagoa) and Mark Patterson to play trombone (7 A.M.). This CD was the most popular of the three I made and got the best reviews. Note: The song “Toe Knee” was actually recorded at the “Million to One” session, but did not make the cut at the time. The take grew on me and finally found its way onto “Thanks a Million.”
